What is an eSIM?
An eSIM (electronic SIM) is a virtual SIM card built into your device. You will receive a QR code via your customer portal to activate it.
Important: Before starting, make sure your phone is connected to Wi-Fi with internet access.
iPhone (iOS)
- Go to Settings → Cellular
- Tap Add eSIM
- Choose Use QR Code and scan the QR code you received
- Confirm the eSIM activation
- Wait for the activation confirmation
- If multiple SIMs are present, set which one to use for calls, SMS and data
- Wait approximately 10 minutes for the profile to update — the network name will change to MaxiConnect
Samsung
- Go to Settings → Connections
- Select SIM Card Manager
- Tap Add Mobile Plan
- The device automatically searches for an active plan
- Choose Other methods → Add with QR Code
- Scan the QR code you received
- Tap Add when the MaxiConnect plan is recognised
- Confirm by tapping OK
- Verify activation in SIM Card Manager
Huawei
- Go to Settings → Mobile Network
- Select SIM Management
- Tap Add eSIM
- The device automatically searches for an active plan
- Scan the QR code you received
- The device downloads and installs the profile — the eSIM activates automatically
- Verify activation in SIM Management
Google Pixel
- Make sure you are connected to Wi-Fi
- Scan the MaxiConnect QR code
- Download the eSIM profile (this may take several minutes)
- Go to Settings and activate the SIM using the Use SIM toggle
- Confirm by tapping Yes
- Wait 5 to 20 minutes for background processes to complete
- Go to Access Points (APNs)
- Create a new APN using the + icon with the following settings depending on your network:

- Save via the menu (three dots) and activate the APN by tapping the circle
- Enable Mobile Data — the connection is established
