At MaxiConnect, no notice period is required. You can cancel any service at any time, immediately, with a simple email.

At MaxiConnect, no notice period is required. You can cancel any service at any time, with immediate effect.

No delay. No penalty. No complication.

If you cancel within the first 6 months of activation, the activation fees initially waived will be charged.


How to cancel?

Simply send an email to:

Your email must include:

  • Your first and last name
  • Your customer number (shown on your invoices)
  • The services concerned (internet, mobile, telephony, TV — or the entire contract)
  • The desired cancellation date

You will receive a confirmation within 24–48 working hours.


Number porting

If you wish to keep your phone number with another provider, initiate the porting before cancellation. A cancelled number can no longer be ported.

Frequently asked questions

Can I cancel mid-month? → Yes. Cancellation takes effect on the date you request, without delay.

Am I refunded if I pay in advance? → Amounts already invoiced for unconsumed periods are refunded on a pro-rata basis.

What happens if I move? → Contact us before cancelling — we will check whether MaxiConnect is available at your new address.
