Before cancelling
Before sending your cancellation, we recommend that you:
- Check the end date of your contractual commitment
- Review the general terms and conditions of your contract
- Contact our support — we always look for a solution suited to your situation
Our team can offer you plan adjustments or alternative solutions. Do not hesitate to call us before making your decision.
Notice periods

The notice period runs from the receipt of your written request.
Cancellation procedure
Option 1 — By email (recommended)
Send your cancellation request to:
Your email must include:
- Your first and last name
- Your customer number (shown on your invoices)
- The installation address of the service
- The desired cancellation date
- The services concerned (internet, mobile, telephony, TV — or the entire contract)
Option 2 — By registered mail
Send a registered letter to:

Cancellation confirmation
You will receive a confirmation by email within 5 working days of receipt of your request, including:
- The effective end date of the contract
- Any early cancellation fees
- The equipment to be returned
Equipment to return
If MaxiConnect has provided you with equipment on loan (router, TV set-top box, etc.):
- Return the equipment within 14 days of the contract end date
- The equipment must be returned in its original condition, with accessories
- Failure to return may result in the equipment being invoiced
Return instructions will be communicated in the cancellation confirmation email.
Number porting
If you wish to keep your phone number with another operator, initiate the porting before cancellation. A cancelled number can no longer be ported.

Frequently asked questions
Can I cancel mid-month? → Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month following receipt of the notice.
Am I refunded if I pay in advance? → Amounts already invoiced for unconsumed periods are refunded on a pro-rata basis.
What happens if I move? → Contact us before cancelling — we will check whether MaxiConnect is available at your new address.
