☎️ Yealink IP Phone – VoIP Configuration

Step-by-step guide to configure a MaxiConnect SIP line on a Yealink IP phone (T2x, T3x, T4x, T5x) via the web administration interface.

Overview

Yealink IP phones (T2x, T3x, T4x, T5x series) are configured via a built-in web interface. This guide explains how to register your MaxiConnect line in a few steps. Different Yealink models may have slight visual differences, but the menu structure remains similar.

Before you start, have your SIP credentials ready — available in your customer portal at my.maxiconnect.ch.

Part 1: Accessing the Web Interface

Step 1 — Connect your Yealink phone to power and network.

Step 2 — Open the menu on the phone screen.

Step 3 — Select Status.

Step 4 — Note the IP address displayed in the IPv4 field.

For cordless phones: Menu → Status (blue «i» icon) → Base Station → IPv4.

Step 5 — On a PC connected to the same network, open this IP address in your browser.
