The SMS Info Service 503 lets you check your current mobile contract details for free: account holder name, contract end date and any early termination fees.

This service is free of charge for private mobile customers.

How to use the service

Step 1 — Send an SMS containing the word info to number 503 and wait for a confirmation message.

Step 2 — Reply to the confirmation message with your date of birth or an identification code (depending on your provider).

Step 3 — You will receive a second SMS containing:

  • The account holder name
  • The contract end date
  • Any early termination fees
