🏢 Configure MaxiTrunk as a SIP trunk in PBXware

How to register a MaxiTrunk SIP trunk in PBXware (Bicom Systems) with MaxiConnect parameters and multi-DDI management.

Prerequisites

You will need the following details from MaxiConnect:

  • Your trunk identifier
  • Your trunk password
  • Your assigned DDI numbers

Access trunks in PBXware

  1. Log in to your PBXware interface
  2. Go to Home > Trunks in the left sidebar
  3. For Multi-Tenant editions: switch to the Master-Tenant
  4. Click Add Trunk
  5. Select Generic SIP as the provider

MaxiTrunk configuration

Fill in the fields as follows:

Additional configuration code

In the advanced configuration field, add:

[registration]
contact_user=MAIN_DDI

Concrete example:

[registration]
contact_user=0201020304

Replace 0201020304 with your main DDI number.

MaxiTrunk supports multiple DDI numbers on a single trunk. Additional DDI numbers are assigned to the main trunk through your MaxiConnect customer portal.
