🏢 Configure MaxiOffice as a SIP trunk in PBXware

How to register a MaxiOffice SIP trunk in PBXware (Bicom Systems) with MaxiConnect connection settings.

Prerequisites

You will need the following details from MaxiConnect:

  • Your phone number (e.g. 0201040305)
  • Your trunk username (e.g. 2132435465.1234)
  • Your trunk password

Access trunks in PBXware

  1. Log in to your PBXware interface
  2. Go to Home > Trunks in the left sidebar
  3. For Multi-Tenant editions: switch to the Master-Tenant
  4. Click Add Trunk
  5. Select Generic SIP as the provider

MaxiOffice trunk configuration

Fill in the fields as follows:

Additional configuration code

In the advanced configuration field, add:

contact_user=PHONE_NUMBER

username=USERNAME

Concrete example:

If you experience registration issues, verify that the phone number and username match the credentials provided by MaxiConnect.
