Cancel your old operator easily and switch to MaxiConnect


Step 1: Check the expiry date of your contract

Before cancelling, it's important to know the expiry date of your current contract:
For mobile subscriptions:

Send an SMS with the word "Info" to the number 503 (free).
๐Ÿ‘‰ You will automatically receive the following information:

The exact end date of your contract.
Any early termination fees if you leave immediately.

For internet, TV and fixed-line telephone subscriptions:

Contact your current operator directly by phone. They will provide you with :

The expiry date of your contract.
Any steps you need to take to cancel or transfer your services.

Step 2: Cancel your current contract
For all your subscriptions :

Cancellation is usually done by telephone with your current operator. Please have the following information ready to facilitate the process:

Your contract or customer number.
The service or subscription you wish to cancel.

๐Ÿ’ก If you opt to port your mobile number to MaxiConnect (see step 3), you don't need to cancel yourself. Number porting automatically terminates your mobile subscription with your previous operator.


Step 3: Subscribe to MaxiConnect and benefit from our services

Once the termination is in progress or planned, it's time to subscribe to MaxiConnect:
For a mobile subscription :

Opt for number porting if you wish to keep your current number.
With this option, MaxiConnect takes care of cancelling your mobile subscription with your previous operator, without any further action on your part.

For internet, TV and fixed-line telephony:

Contact MaxiConnect and choose the offer that best suits your needs. We'll help you synchronize your new installation with the end of your old contract for a smooth transition.
