What exactly is WiFi Calling?
WiFi Calling allows you to make and receive calls over a WiFi network, instead of using the traditional mobile network.
In practice, your phone uses your Internet connection (WiFi at home, at the office, or abroad) to route calls.
Why is this a real game-changer for users?
WiFi Calling brings immediate benefits:

Compatible with your smartphone?
The majority of recent smartphones are compatible with WiFi Calling:

Once enabled, switching between mobile network and WiFi is automatic and seamless.
Availability
WiFi Calling will be available for all MaxiConnect customers:
- by June 2026 at the latest
- on both of our mobile networks in Switzerland
