GSM codes for call forwarding
Call forwarding is configured by dialling universal GSM codes directly from your phone, in the Phone app (dial pad).
Replace NUMBER with the destination number in international format (e.g. +41791234567).
1. Unconditional forwarding
All incoming calls are immediately forwarded.

Forwarding only when you are already on a call.

How to use these codes
- Open the Phone app on your mobile
- Display the dial pad (numeric keys)
- Enter the full code (e.g.
*21*+41791234567#) - Press the Call key (green handset)
- A confirmation message appears if forwarding is enabled
Tip: To quickly check if forwarding is active, dial
*#21#and press Call.
