Accessing your customer account
The MaxiConnect customer portal is available at:
First login
If this is your first visit:
- Go to my.maxiconnect.ch
- Click First login or Forgot password
- Enter the email address associated with your MaxiConnect contract
- You will receive an email with a link to set your password
- Set your password and log in

Available features
My subscriptions
- View all your active services (internet, mobile, telephony, TV)
- See the details of each subscription (plan, start date, options)
- Modify or add options
My invoices
- View all your invoices in PDF format
- See consumption details
- Pay online by bank card
SIM management
- View your active SIM cards
- Check your usage (data, calls, SMS)
- Order a replacement SIM card
Support
- Open a ticket: describe your issue and our team will respond
- Track your tickets: view history and replies
- Access to porting forms
My account
- Update your personal information
- Change your password
- Manage your notification preferences
Forgot password
- Click Forgot password on the login page
- Enter your email address
- Click the link received by email (valid for 24 hours)
- Set your new password
Account security
Recommendations to secure your access:
- Use a strong password (minimum 12 characters, mix of letters, numbers and symbols)
- Never share your password
- Log in only from trusted devices
Login issues
Email not recognised → Make sure you are using the email provided at the time of subscription → Contact our support to verify the email associated with your account
Account locked after multiple attempts → Wait 15 minutes or contact our support
