📱 MaxiConnect voicemail: access and setup

Access your MaxiConnect voicemail from your own phone or any other number, set up your PIN and personal greeting, and enable SMS notifications for new messages.

Accessing your voicemail

From your MaxiConnect phone

Method 1 — Speed dial Press and hold the 1 key on your keypad. Your phone will automatically dial voicemail.

Method 2 — Direct call Call your own number from your MaxiConnect phone. Let it ring until voicemail picks up.

From another phone (landline or mobile)

  1. Call your MaxiConnect mobile number
  2. Let it ring until voicemail is triggered
  3. During the greeting message, press * (star)
  4. Enter your PIN code (4 digits, set during initial setup)

Setting up your voicemail for the first time

  1. Access your voicemail (method 1 or 2 above)
  2. Follow the voice instructions to:
    • Choose your PIN code
    • Record your personalised greeting message
    • Configure notifications (SMS or email depending on your plan)

Managing your messages

Once logged in to your voicemail:

New message notifications

Depending on your MaxiConnect plan, you automatically receive:

  • An SMS notifying you of a new message
  • A notification in your mobile app (if enabled)

Common issues

No dial tone → Check that VoLTE is enabled on your phone.

My PIN doesn’t work → Contact our support to reset your voicemail.

No notification received → Check your plan settings in your customer account.
