Accessing your voicemail
From your MaxiConnect phone
Method 1 — Speed dial Press and hold the 1 key on your keypad. Your phone will automatically dial voicemail.
Method 2 — Direct call Call your own number from your MaxiConnect phone. Let it ring until voicemail picks up.
From another phone (landline or mobile)
- Call your MaxiConnect mobile number
- Let it ring until voicemail is triggered
- During the greeting message, press * (star)
- Enter your PIN code (4 digits, set during initial setup)
Setting up your voicemail for the first time
- Access your voicemail (method 1 or 2 above)
- Follow the voice instructions to:
- Choose your PIN code
- Record your personalised greeting message
- Configure notifications (SMS or email depending on your plan)
Managing your messages
Once logged in to your voicemail:

New message notifications
Depending on your MaxiConnect plan, you automatically receive:
- An SMS notifying you of a new message
- A notification in your mobile app (if enabled)
Common issues
No dial tone → Check that VoLTE is enabled on your phone.
My PIN doesn’t work → Contact our support to reset your voicemail.
No notification received → Check your plan settings in your customer account.
