New contractual freedom at MaxiConnect: No minimum commitment!
At MaxiConnect, we've always been committed to offering transparent, straightforward services tailored to our customers' needs. With this in mind, we have decided to revise our terms and conditions to offer even greater flexibility.
WHAT'S CHANGING?
Until now, our contracts have included a minimum commitment period of 6 months. From now on, there is no minimum commitment! All our subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, free of charge and with no notice period.
A SINGLE CONDITION OF TRANSPARENCY
To remain fair, only one rule applies:
👉 In the event of cancellation within the first 6 months, the activation fee initially offered will simply be charged.
This measure is designed solely to prevent abuse, while guaranteeing our customers genuine freedom of choice.
WHY THIS CHANGE?
Because we are convinced that the quality of our services is our best argument for loyalty. We don't need to bind you with rigid commitments to keep you as a customer: we prefer to leave you free... and satisfied.
