MaxiConnect's contractual freedom: cancel anytime, no fees
MaxiConnect formalises its policy of total contractual freedom: cancel your subscription at any time, with no fees and no imposed notice period. Here is what this means for you in practice.
Since our founding, we have always believed that a customer should stay with their operator only because they are satisfied — not because they are trapped in a contract. Today, we are formalising and strengthening this philosophy.
What this means in practice
No minimum commitment
There is no minimum duration for your MaxiConnect subscriptions. Whether you have been with us for 3 days or 3 years, you have the same rights.
Cancellation without notice
Want to leave? No 30-, 60- or 90-day notice period will be imposed on you. You inform us, and your subscription ends on the agreed date.
No exit penalties
Some operators charge “early termination fees” that can reach several hundred francs. At MaxiConnect, these fees do not exist.
Modification at any time
You can modify your subscription — reduce it, increase it, add or remove options — at any time, without penalty.
Why this approach?
Because we believe that loyalty must be earned, not forced. If we no longer suit you, you must be free to leave. And if you stay, it is because you are satisfied — which drives us to maintain our high service level.
Operators that lock their customers into long contracts often have less incentive to improve their service. Contractual freedom forces us to earn your trust every month.
A market trend… partly
Some operators are beginning to offer “no commitment” options — but often at a higher price than their commitment-based offers. That is not our model.
At MaxiConnect, contractual freedom is included in all our plans, at the same price. No surcharge, no compromise.
What does not change
Service quality, network coverage, Swiss customer support — everything that defines MaxiConnect remains the same. We are simply changing the contractual relationship to give you more control.
