At MaxiConnect, no minimum commitment, no exit penalty, no imposed notice period. You can modify, suspend or cancel your subscription at any time, with no fees and no justification required.
We believe that a customer who stays should do so because they are satisfied — not because they are locked into a contract.
2. Proximity — 100% Swiss
All MaxiConnect functions are based in Switzerland:
- Customer support: a team located in the canton of Fribourg
- Infrastructure: Swiss hosting for your data
- Subscription management: handled in-house, without opaque subcontracting
When you call MaxiConnect, you speak with a person in Switzerland, who knows your account and speaks your language.
3. Fairness — one price for everyone
No promotions reserved for new customers, no hidden offers accessible only if you threaten to leave. At MaxiConnect:
