MaxiConnect cuts prices on several internet and mobile plans and introduces new options — effective immediately and without any action required from existing customers.
Today, we are pleased to announce a downward revision of our pricing on several offers, as well as the introduction of new options available to everyone — existing and new customers alike.
What’s changing
Mobile plans
Our mobile plans benefit from a price reduction. These reductions are permanent — no promotion, no price that climbs back after 12 months.
New options available
- Roaming Europe: a monthly option, cancellable at any time, for using your plan in Europe
- MaxiData: a range of dedicated mobile data plans, ideal for tablets, mobile routers or secondary lines
Why now?
We are benefiting from optimisations to our infrastructure and agreements with our network partners. In line with our values, we are passing these savings directly on to our customers rather than retaining them as additional margin.
No action required
If you are already a MaxiConnect customer, you will automatically benefit from the new conditions on your next invoice. No cancellation, no request, no contract renewal required.
That is what fairness means at MaxiConnect: loyal customers are not penalised compared to new arrivals.
How to activate the new options
The new options are available directly from your customer account or on simple request to our customer service.
