Configure call redirection on your mobile phone
You can configure call forwarding on your MaxiConnect Mobile line using abbreviated codes directly from your phone. Here are the different types of call forwarding and the corresponding codes for activating, deactivating and checking status.
1. Unconditional call forwarding (CFU)
This type of call forwarding transfers all your calls to another number without your phone ringing.
Activation: Dial *21*#
Example: *21*0784801234#
To deactivate: Dial ##21#
Check status: Dial *#21#
2. Call waiting
This feature allows you to receive a second call while you are already on a call.
Activate: Dial *43#
Deactivate: Dial #43#
Check status: Dial *#43#
3. Call Forwarding Busy (CFB)
Redirects incoming calls to another number when your line is busy.
Activate: Dial *67*#
To deactivate: Dial ##67#
4. Call forwarding on no reply (CFNRy)
Redirects calls to another number if you don't answer after a certain time.
Activate: Dial *61*#
To deactivate: Dial ##61#
5. Call forwarding when the subscriber is unreachable (CFNRc)
Redirects calls when your phone is switched off or out of range.
Activate: Dial *62*#
To deactivate: Dial ##62#
