How do I access my customer area?

Your customer area allows you to easily manage your services, invoices, personal information and much more.

Steps to access your customer area:

  1. Go to the customer portal
    Go to the following address from your browser:
    https://portal.maxiconnect.ch
  2. Log in at
    Log in using the login details you received by e-mail from our customer service department when you subscribed to our services.

    Username: usually your e-mail address
    Password: temporary or set when you first logged in
  3. Forgotten your password?
    Click on Forgot your password on the login page to receive a reset link by e-mail.
